I am so, so excited about today's giveaway!! There are several reasons why...first though, let's talk about AMANDA R and how she is the Winner of yesterday's giveaway!! Congrats Amanda!! On to today's giveaway!!
From the pictures, you have probably guessed today's giveaway is the Audrey headband, not just one Audrey, but 2 Audrey headbands!! On top of that, not only does each winner win a headband for themself, they also win a headband for a friend of their choice!! So, 2 headbands for each winner!!
To give you the quick background on the Audrey headband, the AUDREY is named after the beautiful little girl pictured above, Audrey. She is the daughter of Andrea Burns, one of the very first and most talented photographers I have worked with (check her out if you are near Montgomery Village, MD). We started working together because Andrea would send me these gorgeous pictures of Audrey modeling our headbands. My sister Angela and I would just die over each and every picture she sent. Each one was more amazing then the next. You can find LOTS of pictures of Audrey throughout our shop from the time she was a tiny newborn through today...here, here, here, here, and here to name a few.

Anyway...almost a year and a half ago, Andrea contacted me with this vision of a headband she had seen and wanted me to create something similar. She wanted it for Audrey's one year photo shoot. Andrea is so great, I had to do this for her!! When she sent me the picture of Audrey in the headband we couldn't help but list it in the shop! It is now one of our most popular headbands we sell! The portraits she ended up with for this shoot are the very first photo shown at the top of this post and the black and white picture above which Andrea also had put on to a gogeous purse!!

So, another reason for my excitement about this headband...we now offer the netting that accents the headband in black as well as cream!!! We used to offer only white- and white is great- but more options are even better!!
